Specialty Multi-Tee Drills

Hands Through the Ball Drill

This set-up of the Multi-Tee® will allows a right handed hitter to work on getting their hands through the ball, without pulling out the front shoulder. Ball on tee just above plate should go straight (towards pitcher) and the ball on the second tee should be hit to the left side of field.

High Tee Drill

This set-up of the Multi-Tee® will allow

either a left or right handed hitter to work on getting the barrel of the bat to the correct hitting position, without dipping their back shoulder and hitting pop ups. Swing arm is turned towards catcher and ball is placed on front tee. Back tee is then raised to a level higher than front tee, thereby forcing bat to come down to the ball on front tee. Goal of this drill is to not hit back tee during swing. (Suggestion: Start back tee even with first tee until you accomplish the swing, then continue to raise back tee forcing the bat to approach the ball at a better angle.) As with the other drills, ball should go towards pitcher.

Left Handed

his set-up of the Multi-Tee® will allow a left handed hitter to work on getting their
hands through the ball, without pulling out the front shoulder. Ball on tee just above plate should go straight (towards pitcher) and the ball on the second tee should be hit to the right side of field.
